You may have noticed, at the top of Facebook business pages there is a row of prominent action buttons which allow customers to carry out several actions such as; book an appointment, send a message, phone the business or gain directions. To further help businesses on Facebook, businesses can now feature information such a hours, prices, offers, or even a menu on Page prominently at the top.

Since the launch of Facebook stories over a year ago, Facebook has been testing methods to make it easier for people to engage with brands stories and with the latest update, people can now view stories by tapping on the page profile photo.

Furthermore, Facebook is testing ‘Story Highlights’ allowing people & brands to pick their favorite expired photos and videos to compile them into collections.
